- Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting sources
- Source candidates through various methods such as job portals, databases, and social media
- Conduct screening calls and shortlist candidates based on high-performance criteria
- Schedule interviews on behalf of hiring teams
- Build relationships with candidates for future opportunities
- Track metrics to identify successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process
- Salary negotiation
Education and Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting
- Any graduation and MBA/PGDM
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven recruiting experience
- Hands-on experience with social media recruiting
- Experience in formulating a hiring strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with various job portals
