Job Description
We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical assistance to our clients. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products and services. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining knowledge base materials, and working with the development team to identify and resolve any issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to clients to resolve issues related to Mount Blue products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with Mount Blue APIs and other developer products
- Create and maintain knowledge base materials and empower the developer community
- Resolve customer service issues and manage complex problems
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality
- Assist with product and other technical training
- Identify product and services up-sell opportunities and describe Mount Blue solutions to clients
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Good understanding of web technologies and experience with web development
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time
- Familiarity with at least one programming language. E.g. C, C++, Javascript, Java, PHP or Python Good analytical and problem-solving skills
